Unhappy Customer

I wonder why Game South Africa has been loosing Market share???? Oh Ja I needed a washing machine because mine packed up just before Christmas 25 th December 2024. When we went pricing we found what we looking for for the right price at Game HighveldMall Witbank. And there was one left, so we bought it, delivery included. A week later we engaged due to no 🚚 delivery, to find out from the manager again himself that the one in stock was for a customer, stock management challenges. Lack of customer care to inform me. Manager assured me in a Week we’ll have delivery, from the factory same price, not an issue every one makes mistakes. It is no end of January 2025, no machine, no communication, no manager, no customer care, no curticy call, nothing just crickets 🦗. I’m going to have go fight to get the Game Wotbank team moving, because I don’t think I’m going to get my money back , I’m sure the manager will be no where in sight as well, sitting in his office watching me rant and rave for what I paid for, South Africa Ha Ha Ha Ha
