Unhappy customer

Good day On 20 January 2020 I purchased a Raleigh bicycle, the chain had a problem a day after, on 24 January 2020 I returned it to the store and they changed the chain, now Im having the same problem with the chain and I really dont know what I should do because my child cant even enjoy it, it hasn't been a month and its just sitting at home useless.
