Unhappy customer

I bought a Defy fridge on Monday (28 Dec 2020) at Game Pavillion and it for delivered yesterday Tuesday (29 Dec 2020) around 12:00pm. They said I need to wait 4 hours for the gas to settle before I turn it on since it was transported to me. I switched it on 4 hours later and from then that's now the fridge isn't getting cold. It's been 17 hours now and still the fridge isn't working. What trash is that. You can't buy something and expect it to work and it doesn't. Worse when I call game these guys aren't serious in helping me. What should I do with the food I've bought? It seems as if it's all gonna to to waste now. What **** is that. The service I got from Defy and Game Pavillion is ****. This is being *********** at its best.
