Unhappy customer

im a very angry customer who bought a wardrobe on Monday and I expect it to be delivered on Tuesday and till now im still waiting. I called them on Wednesday and they said they will phone the drivers and let me know, but nothing is happening. my mum can't go anywhere because she is waiting for them. is this the kind of service they provide for customers? we want our unit to be delivered before end of this day please.
