Unhappy customer

Good day In the year 2019 I've purchased 2 Sinotec 39"tv's at game the 1 tv was faulty which I took back to the store. I've waited 21days for them to let me know what was happening.The guarantee was explained to me only that the guarantee doesn't cover physical damage which makes sense and that I have a 5 year guarantee on each tv which the store can't repair or replace I'm very unhappy with the service I received from the store I went the store several times and they couldn't help me. I'm so cross because im sitting with a TV with 5 year guarantee that doesn't mean anything. Can you please help me fix this issue.
