unhappy customer

<p>On the 29th of March we purchased an Xbox which was R2999 - a bundle deal with an extra joy stick. at Trade Route Mall in Lenasia. On the day of purchase they said they had run out of stock for the joy sticks and that we would be contacted. To date, no one has contacted us to let us know what is happening. We went to the store a few times to follow up with no joy. One day we were even told to go to North Gate and fetch it from there. </p> <p>How is that our problem? That was not the agreement upon purchase. We are extremely unhappy with the service that we are receiving. It is absolutely wrong. It is far too long to not have organised stock! Is this happening with everyone that purchased the Xbox bundle? </p>
