Unhappy customer

I bought a benett read iron at game on the 5th of June 2021 @ Chris Hani mall. The iron is not working as i was Ironing yesterday. I took the box kept neatly with the receipt to game Alberton only to find that Bennett read does not exchange take their products for repairs. Had they told me that i wouldn't have bothered to buy that iron or product for that matter. Their sales rep TEVO says he doesnt have some of the answers for the questions i am asking. Y would they place a clueless rep in the shop to deal with customers. 1st of all Bennett read knows their products cannot last long, hence they want to take them for repairs. I have a pile of washing that must be ironed and i dont have iron to do that, i need a refund of my money i do not need that nonsense of a product anymore. They are telling the driver can only come on Monday to collect for repairs. In the mean time i need a solution to my iron as i need to do ironing and i will not wait for their nonsense complany policy that only suits them not their customers. Andre from Game is being on the call trying to speak to them they are telling him about the policy.
