Unhappy customer…

I ordered an item online which showed in stock went to go collect I was then told that there is no stock but they will be getting one from another store…received an email today that my order was cancelled…when I didn’t even agree to cancel the order…isn’t this suppose to be my choice,if I would like to wait or the item or cancel the order…I was given no choice in this…I now need to wait for a refund which could reflect within the next 7 days!!!Very frustrating!!!!
