Unhappy client

I have purchased a fridge at Game online website. After delivery , upon removing the packaging i noticed a scratch and dent. I have reported this about a week ago to customer care. The matter has still not resolved after sending images they requested via email. The dispute is now between the courier or game warehouse. I’m very unhappy about my purchase and service they have mentioned to collect the fridge but not return me with a new one upon collection. I’m a customer that’s not happy and I’m sitting without a fridge at the moment.
