unhappy client

i bought a bellagio Tv stand at game, in durban at city view. the stand was delivered but was told after that game does not assemble the stand for you. i got over that and then started to attempt putting everything together. only to find that the *****es and other objects are missing tho put the stand together. i then called Game and recieved very bad attitude form Mr Naidoo who put me on hold to speak to someone else who was on the floor. i was still on the line trying to tell him that i need the missing parts. he then told me to take the stand, bring it to them so they can give me the *****s. i asked why didnt they check if everything was inside, he said they do not open the boxes because the stand comes from over seas. i paid for delivery and i now have to go back and get the package of *****s that are missing. he did not even offer to drop them off if they have a delivery close by, nor did i get a apology from the furniture manager. i also spoke to Dyer, who was also not very helpfull.
