Unhappy and frustrated !

<p>On the 27th of september we ordered and paid for a Stove.. We were told that they would contact us when it arrived.. On the 17th of October we phone to ask if it has arrived yet, we were told that it has arrives but they forgot to keep one out and call us so again they sold out all the stoves.. They said they would order one from polokwane and it would be there on the 19th. We phoned again on the 19th to which we were told they had a problem with the truck and it would be here on the 24. On the 24th we called again and they said that the truck was on its way they will call later.. Again we called on the 25th and they said that the truck did come but they still do not have in stock.. We already paid for the items which is taking more than a month to he delivered and still no one can tell me when I will be able to get ot !!</p>
