UNHAPPY

We bought a generator from the local Game store we used it 3 times with load shedding so it was used for like 6 hours and when we tried to use it again it did'nt want to start .<br> Upon returning the generator to Game we where told that the machine (that is still almost full with petrol )must be sent away for repairs and we must wait and be inconvenienced with waiting until it is repaired and i feel i am not happy cause if it is going to be repaired i will get a second hand product back and it is not fair that we should as the customer should be inconvenienced when a product has worked only 6 hours Yes if i had it for 5 or 6 months and it had a lot of hours on it then by all means send it for repairs and further more they also told us that they can not do anything about the petrol inside the machine so once again us as the customer has to loose out that is totally not acceptable.
