Unhappy

On the 9th of November I app**** for a game store card application at parow Centre it was approved however up until the 13th of November I never went to active the card. On the 13th of November the card was activated and purchases to the value of r10000 was made.. I went to a game store the only information that was given to me was that the card was blocked and I will not be liable for payment. It will take 22 days for investigation no further information or assistance given. The consultant at parow could not even give me a reference number a copy of the card that is still in the branch with my application. So I feel that does not put my mind at ease that doesn't help me with my doubt and uncer*****y. I cannot wait 22days I had a purpose with that specific store card I am unimpressed and shakey with doubt because ultimately this is my credit record. And it upsets me for the fact that when you do a purchase at game your I. D is required..
