Poor service i recieved at game i bought a treadmill a day before lockdown,the thing didn't even last me two months it started showing err E02 code.i have consulted game they referred me to trojan to fix it,i have contacted them and promised to help me.now they **** to game saying that they have came to check the treadmill.and the fault was that its wrongly assembled.now im sitting with a useless treadmill thats not working,everyone at game keeps saying they will come back to me.

28 May 2020, 15:26I hope 24 hours will be exactly that,because i ve been promised the samething last week by the customer service managemen***** been more than 5 days now.im tired of empty promises and i regret ever buying that treadmill.i feel like i had throw my 8000 rand that i earned hard.or please allow me to return this nonsense and have my cash back
