Unfit goods sold

we have purchased a bicycle in December 2014 for my 8 yr old son which has a birthday on the 25th of December,so this is a special day for him.We had an issue regarding the pedals that did not fit onto the bicycle.I was then told that Game do not guarantee the moving parts and only the frame...I then went to Sportsman warehouse and purchased the pedals.<br> we then bought an additional 3 bicycles this year from Game and after going for a ride the rear gear cog did not interlock and therefore i could not pedal.Once again i was told that this is a moving part.<br> i am highly discussed at the level of service and the \i don't care' policy that has been forced down onto the customers.We have spent over the R6500 cash on bicycles and we are now having to have them repaired ourselves...."
