Unfaithfulness and heart ripping service from game store Polokwane.

I bought hisense 55 inch plasma tv at game store Polokwane on the 22 November 2018 for my mother since she has been using a smaller tv for long. My mom went home with the dish installing people when they tried to switch on the tv it didn't work and i organised a car for her to take the tv to back to the store then they said they can't give her a new one because its over 14days.They said she must go home with it they will send technicians to fix it.The technicians came home to check the tv and said it has lost its memory so they went back to get the parts its now morethan a week they haven't came back.My mom is now going to have an awful christmast due to this matter.I called the store and spoke to the manager on the day before yesterday he promised to get back to me yesterday at 12 miday but he failed.I called at past1 pm then he said his subordinate is solving it.The lady called my mom and said they will come either friday or saturday but now its sunday they never pitched.I paid R7000 cash no deposit or whatever for that tv to please my poor mom now its stuck in the box and she is still watching that small tv that i used to watch 15 years back.Her christmast is ruined because of game store.They are unfaithful and doesn't respect their customers.
