UNFAIRLY MISLEAD BY GAME
Game Alberton did me wrong. I took almost 2 weeks of calling them and going to the store to inquire about a grasscutter for my business.I lacked information to which machine to purchase but i re**** on the sales representive which checked and suggested that I can buy a specific machine for my business. A month later the machine is damaged, and Ryobi is telling me that the machine is being abused, meaning it is not meant for industrial. Apparently now falls within DIY.
I am left with a bill of R859 to pay Ryobi to fix the machine which is under warranty. I am left with a machine which now falls as useless as it won't serve it purpose. I mean I will continue using it a month and its Brackes again due to performance. THIS IS NOT FAIR, I WANT THIS TO BE FIXED OR I WILL SEND THIS FURTHER..

The machine I bought for just a month is now faulty.I bought the machine at game store in Alberton. Apparently, Ryobi says the trim cutter is for home usage where else Game said it is for industrial use as I needed that for business purpose.
Now I was charged for the repairs which I PAID LAST week Friday.
The machine was repaired last Saturday and I have not been given my machine back.
I would like for my machine to be retuned asap to the Game Alberton.

Someone was assisting me from Stevens and Co I kept on telling him to call back ,he never did.
The experience has been terrible between Game and Ryobi.
