unfair treatment to a customer

am so disappoited with your online store service. i purchased microwave online, after few days they contacted me to inform me that they are still waiting for stock from supplier. we agreed that they will dispatch my order when they receive stock. to my supplier i received bank sms notification that game refunded my order. when i checked on your website the very same product i ordered is available. this is not fair to me as a customer and it seems like an insult. order no ***
