Unfair treatment of customers and false advertising

We had very bad experience with the online store as well with customer service and we felt we were treated unfairly as they did false advertising with Games Online Black Friday deal. It is very unprofessional of the company who we have supported for years.

If I could give a ZERO I would have given one.
