On the 04 February 2025, Sinethemba Zila went to Pay for DSTV at Game Store in Nonesi when a Cashier by name Neziswa Thomas (****836) served Her, however the cashier punched in an incorrect account mumber instead of this account number; ***6.

Snethemba was told that there is nothing that can be done even the mistake was made by the Cashier. An amount of R548 has reimbursed to Sinethemba Zila or Paid to Her DSTV ***. This is an unfair treatment towards Sinethemba by Cashier.
