Unfair treatment

<p>Today I went to Game Soshanguve to purchase a Lenovo laptop that is on promotion to the amount of R4999. 00. I thought I would be given another Game card to use since I had one before and the account was settled but was advised to reapply for a new one in order for me to make a purchase. I apl**** but to my surprise I received an sms that says my application was not successful . I don't understand because the account I had previously was settled without any arrears and the laptop I want to buy the promotion ends tomorrow the 18th September 2016</p>
