Unfair and absurd Deal

Not sure why I would even dare give a single star, I purchased a generator at Game Cresta, it's string snap just under a week thereafter, I called in to report it as it was still under warranty, they said to bring it in for inspection. It was taken back to the manufacturer Ryobi, the shock I had when I was quoted a price that I was requested to pay, very close to the amount I had paid to purchase it...further steps should be taken here
