Unexpectable incompetency!

I went to Game Hazyview to get a contract phone for my daughter. When we went last week, they told us: sorry, it is to late in the day, come back next week". Went again today just to be told sorry but the person working with the phone contracts is not in today! Nobody else could assist! What bull is that! how can a big retailer only have one person dealing with a certain department? What if that person dies? does the shop stop offering the service? When you speak to the manager,. all you get it sorry, try another branch! If I wanted to travel another 40km to another branch I would have gone there straight!. Unexpectable incompetency! Where is the so called client service? Won't see me again for a long time, if ever!!
