*********, WORST STORE TO PURCHASE FROM IS GAME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. NO REFUND AND NO PRODUCT UNTIL DATE.

I have purchase from Game online, After visiting the Game Ballito store. When I went to the store to purchase a printer that was advertised, the salesmen advised me, the printer can only be purchased online but adverti*****t did not say that- he did say it was advertised but they have not received anything. After making my purchase online, i was advised it will take 10-14 working days. On the 12th working day I received an email stating that my item had been delivered, however I have not received anything. I respond to the email and called the call center, only for them to tell me they cannot assist me until the 14th working day has past. I called again after 16th working day to find out that there was error and there is no stock of the item, but on email I get a message saying the item is with the courier.

I have been wasting my time and money with calls and calls and still no help. After receiving several different stories about the item i purchased I have asked for a refund as I want to make this purchase somewhere else and Natasha Robain has advised me that they will be refunding me . After not getting any feedback nor reply concerning my refund I phone again to follow up on my refund and there is two different stories again. First i've been told my item is still with the courier and they have not cancelled it on their side and the 2nd time I'm told they cannot tell me how far they are with my refund. I have had my calls been put on hold, calls been put down and very rude consultants who do not have a clue of what there are doing. Today I still have no refund and no product.

This is the worst service anyone could ever come across. if i do not get any feedback by the end of tomorrow I will be opening up a case against Game. They are not ethical nor are they sticking to the rights of a consumer.
