<p>I received an SMS today 25/04/2017 at 14:01, stating the following:</p> <p>"Mr..., since your Game Store Card Debit Order occurs on a public holiday this month, we will be deducting your Debit Order payment on the 28th this month only, so please ensure that you have sufficient funds available. If you have any queries, please contact us on ***".</p> <p> </p> <p>I am HIGHLY unimpressed!!... How DARE YOU!!</p> <p>My agreement as per the "CONTRACT", states that I only get paid on the "LAST" day of every month and ALL Debits to be deducted on the "1st" of every month, which is also stated by the voice prompt when dialing the number above.</p> <p> </p> <p>1) How ********* is it to give only 1 working days notice. NOT a Month or even a Week, but 1 DAY!!!</p> <p>WHAT EXACTLY do you presume I do to get money in 1 day???</p> <p>2) If the debit is unsuccessfull, MY BANK charges ME!!! NOT YOU, ME!!! for something that is out of my control, but can be avoided by simply extending it by 1 day... Which harms no-one.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ********* and Immoral!!</p> <p>Card Division - "I understand", "Sorry",.. but that's about it... unable to assist!!</p> <p>Massmart - "We are only the holding company, Have you called the Game Head Office?"</p> <p>Game Head Office - Please call the Card Division on ***</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this matter to the Ombudsman, SA Consumer Complaints, and The NCC.</p>
