********* and lack of transparency & client service

Game stores and Mutual & Federal are *****, they are not transparent and they deceive customers. -We bought a washing machine on December 2017 from Game Eastgate, which comes with a warranty of 2 years. -We were then advised by Game to take an extended warranty of 3 years (from Mutual & Federal) which means the warranty would now be 5 years (expiring December 2022). -Our Washing machine has just stopped working, now Mutual & Federal is telling us that our warranty expired last year according to them (which actually comes up to a 4 years period). -Also now Game is telling us that according to their records we bought a Fridge not a washing machine, which does not make sense because our washing machine had been fixed before. -A new part was put in the washing machine previously, so was it a part for a fridge according to them? -We are now being sent from pillar to post and it's been 3 weeks already. -And we've been paying for this insurance all these years.
