Still awaiting my refund from 3 months ago. I think at this point I may have spend the same amount pursuing them.
On the 7th of April I bought essentials from game with the promise of 2 to 5 day delivery. After the 5 business days had passed I asked for a refund. To this day I keep fretting told to wait tl10 business day for the money to reflect. I am looking into pursuing this legally. It's beyond unprofessional and *********.

29 Jun 2020, 16:39I am not patient at all. The money had not reflected on my account and each time I call I am told it has been processed and I need to wait 10 business days. This is extremely irritating. And for each month that passes I will give a one start review until the refund is issues, either through my bank or I am sent to the nearest store to collect it. And as I asked, I will be needing my shipping costs redufunded as nothing was shipped to me so I shouldn't pay for shipping.
