Undisciplined and Rude Staff Member

Today the 14-09-2019 Game stores The Mall King Williamstown at 14:55pm, my fiance and I we were third on the line waiting to pay for our purchases, when a Lady in game uniform, she looked like a supervisor(who seemed to be very arrogant)called my fiance as ““Vegita” a Cartoon from the Dragon Ballz, this was due to her Afro, this incident my fiancé did not take well, I confronted the lady who ended up laughing with other customers who were males, I strongly believe that Game stores has some Policies regarding such behavior from their employees, Currently SA is experiencing a lot of abuse and violence against woman, I am truly disappointed that a Female who is employed to help clients will instead of using proper names or titles will refer to people with cartoon names due to the way they look, it is totally unacceptable and unprofessional conduct and I hope game will have take necessary actions to remedy the situation.
