UNDELIVERED ORDERS AND BAD SERVICE
NEVER EVER BUY FROM GAME ONLINE, disgusting service I have ever experienced in my life of online shopping. I ordered and paid for a laptop on the 2nd May 2020. Today is the 20th May 2020 still my laptop has not been delivered. I have not received an update from game nor response from my emails. I called them last week and spoke to Alex who promised to update me the following day and still nothing from him. They dont answer my calls anymore ,they dont respond to my emails. GAME STORES SHOULD I DARE MISS MY EXAMS NEXT WEEK BECAUSE OF YOUR *********** ,I swear I will do everything in my power to get justice from you

23 May 2020, 19:24Hi Adi, please do note that I am writing my first paper on 28 May 2020 and need that laptop before the exam date. I am will to collect at game store in Bayside, century city and N1 city (Cape Town) . So I will be expecting your update Monday 25th May 2020.
