Undelivered order

Bought a stove online on the 1st of June 2022 and delivery was expected bu the 8th of June 2022 however the courier contacted me on the 7th of June 2022 and informed me that their delivery truck had an incident and my order was damaged. The order returned to game warehouse. I have been following up with game customer service a multiple of time and I have not received any response. I love game but this is just very disappointing.
