Undelivered order!!

I made an online purchase of sleeper couches on the 8th of June 2021. On the 14th of June the couches were delivered but there was a “missing” other part of the couches. I logged a complaint with the help desk. On the 18th of June the half part that was delivered to me was collected from my home. Since then, I’ve been waiting for the correct, full package couches to be delivered.

My frustration right now is that I have to organize a person to be available DAILY at home to receive the couches “when” they are finally delivered. This is such an inconvenience on my side because I do not have a proper communication “when” will this be. Also, I use my own resources to call the help desk every time for an update on this case, then hold the line FOREVER! What is more frustrating is that each time I call the help desk I get a different reason why I don’t have my couches yet. In one day I get up to three reasons. Today they even told me they delivered the full package, I've never been so shocked ?. When I called, some lady hanged up on me.

I am even resorting to wanting my money back, I'll buy those couches somewhere else because I have nowhere to sit literally ?? So much inconvenience!
