Undelivered order

I have ordered items online and was expecting delivery on the 2nd of September 2024 of which I received a call from the lady working at game that the driver tried calling me and wasn’t answering the call of which was a complete lie, never received any call from the driver whatsoever.Then agreement were made that the delivery will be made the following day but nothing, tried calling the lady who called me the previous day,she answered and promised to transfer me to the right department, no body answered then.tried calling again and the phone were not answered.Your services sucks.
