Undelivered items from 21/11/2023

I placed an order on 21/11/2023 and to date has not received my order. I have emailed, called, and spoken to consultants daily who promised delivery would be the following day. Every day it is the same thing the courier services did not pick up the parcel. How is it possible that they picked everyone's else parcels except mine? The funny part I placed an order 3 days after this order and that order was delivered within two days
