Undelivered items

I’m extremely disappointed and upset at the fact that my fridge that was purchased last week Friday 30th June has still not been delivered! When I made the purchase I was told the fridge would be delivered by Monday 3rd of July! There was no maybe or possibly expectation set! The ETA was very clear and even specific to say that it would be delivered specifically to my area during the afternoon! I had to take a full day off from work waiting for a fridge that has not arrived and I’m home again today waiting for my fridge! And expectation was set and not followed through! No call or email indicating any delay communicated with me! I’ve tried calling the store several times with no answer!!! I scheduled my cold meats to be delivered the day I was told the fridge would arrive and now I’m still sitting with no fridge, meat that’s possibly gone off and 2 days I missed out on work! Who’s going to compensate me for my food then went off!?? Or the days I missed out on work because of poor business and poor communication from a very big well established company! I paid for delivery to be done on the day i was expecting my fridge! This is ridiculous and very disappointing! I have kids to feed!
