Undelivered goods that game keeps confirming as a delivery

After having tried game online the 1st time I was impressed by their prompt service, which encouraged me to go ahead and do a second order through their online portal for my groceries and essentials . This I did in 24 April. Then in 01 May they send me an sms saying the goods have been dispatched. It is now 07 May and I have still not received my delivery yet they have sent me 3 emails to serve as confirmation that delivery has already taken place. I have responded in all instances that I am yet to receive my delivery and all I get is a standard confirmation of delivery.

I want to know where have you delivered my goods to and who accepted delivery as I am now finding myself still without groceries and essentials that I have paid for. I’ve called the call center and been in hold for more than 30 minutes. I just want to know what happened to my delivery and why are you claiming that it has been delivered also how long am I expected to wait for a refund considering I spent on groceries expecting it all to be delivered to Me. I’m now sitting without my order and you are sitting with my money
