Undelivered goods and poor service

This is my second review. The order I placed on 16 April has not arrived, I got a response from Adi who promised to help if I provide him with my number however their email is not working. I feel exhausted and I regret the day I trusted game online with my money. The call centre agents are useless, there is nothing they do to speed up delivery. You are told that the product was despatched but they don't give you the correct information about when is it arriving on your doorstep. Monday 18 May someone I spoke to said it will be delivered the following day which was Tuesday 19 May, I cancelled everything and waited for the couriers but they didn't come. Game should stop selling products online because they can't deliver.
