Undelivered Goods

<p>I bought a fridge from the Mall of the South Game store on the weekend on 2017/05/27 with the delivery date for 2017/06/03. I waited the whole day for a fridge that never arrived. Nobody had the decency to call me and explain wht hold up was about, I followed up with a call to which I heard someone in the background saying they would deliver the next day being 2017/06/04. Again no delivery and no call from Game. I went to the store to return a fridge that never arrived and to get my money back. Upon arrival, the manager lies and says systems were down nation wide but is caught in the lie as the sales lady mentioned the fridge had been dispatched already. When the manager called the delivery driver another lie came to light when it was revealed that the fridge had not even left the store/ depo. I had to waste my petrol and airtime to exposed to such unprofessionalism.</p>
