Undelivered goods

I bought a fridge on Friday morning at the Game store in Somerset Mall. It is now Sunday afternoon, more than two days later, and the fridge is still not delivered at my home. The promise was that it would be delivered on the afternoon of the same day that I bought it. On Saturday morning I called the sales assistant at the store from which I bought the item and he told me that it was still in the warehouse and that it will reach me in the afternoon. Another day came to an end without any result. In the meantime I have lost a substantial amount of perishable items that could not withstand the heat and needed refrigeration. I had to throw that away. My loss? Now they tell me that they cannot find the fridge and there are no drivers available to do deliveries!!! NEVER Game for me again!!!
