Undelivered fridge purchase

Dear game mall of the north management I'm writing to formally to complain about a fridge that I bought on sunday. At the time of purchase I was assured that the fridge will be delivered during the week. Unfortunately it has not yet been delivered. I also contacted the store during the day to follow up nd i was promised a return call with feedback. But firstly I spoke to Erick at the receptionist hu was rude to me. However no one has contacted me since.this poor service has caused me great inconvenience as I urgently need the fridge I paid for. When I called in the late hours I requested to speak to the store manager, they Said the store manager is not in, they referred me to one lady, she was not even willing to assist me, she didn't even listen to my story, she just said to me " lemme transfer u to the delivery guys" I then spoke to Mable, she said the person hu promised to get back to me knocked off but she logged a query nd she'll get back to me tomorrow.

I kindly request that : *They provide with clear update on the status of my fridge *ensure that the fridge is delivered without any further delays * improve communication with clients to avoid such frustrations
