Unbelievably shocking service - Game Cresta
Game Cresta, what an absolute JOKE! How do you have products advertised, reflecting as available for purchase and collect ONLINE at the store and even displayed in-store, however nothing to sell to a customer. Not only was the store lacking in actual products to be sold, but the attitude of the staff was shocking to say the least. Not a single ounce of enthusiasm to assist. Dragging their feet, discussing customers behind their backs (making jokes) and not even willing to make a plan. As for Emily the manager, suggesting I travel to Johannesburg CBD or Soweto to go "check there" myself. How do you expect a customer to return to a well known household name if this is the level of service being delivered?
20" Endura Girls Bike, turquoise with pink rims - one on display, reflecting 4 in stock (apparently no separate barcodes). All being damaged display units. And not a single attempt to contact a store to arrange delivery to Cresta. Nothing. STILL waiting on a call back from Emily with a resolve.
Since the Escalation, Emily has been in contact with me and has arranged for the item o be checked and collected from Soweto. This is the type and level of service I have come to know and expect from Game. Thank you
