15+ years of buying appliances (from phones and similar devices to refrigerators, microwaves, TVs and other entertainment devices), etc. as well as extended warranties from Game and now I'm making the decision to no longer be a consumer from them because quite simply put, Game Stores + Extended Warranties = UNBELIEVABLE And PATHETIC After Sales Customer Service.

LG TV with the same problem twice in a year and made to wait (without any communication whatsoever from them unless we called them) for weeks on end for it to get repaired. #TimeToMakeTheSwitchFromGameStores
