Unbelievable

Ordered school stationery on your online platform on 4 January, your promise are to deliver within 7 days, it is 14 days later and nothing have been delivered. Your online support are also useless as I have been calling since the 14th with no one having a clue on what is happening. I spoke to Nosiwo, Bandile, Tiffany, Sinesipho and a manager named Shevonne. The only constant answer is that they cannot get hold of N1 city store, how the hell is that possible? That is not good enough, the schools are opening tomorrow and my child cannot go to school without stationery. I am a working man and cannot sit on a call for hours during the day trying to sort out your problems.
