Unauthorized Loan

Requested a settlement amount got a letter quoting the amount , Paid the settlement amount on the same day. That was 15 Feb 2020. End of March and you still subtract amounts from my bank account. What is going on? Just worried that this is reckless lending from my side as you did not apply for this "Loan". Do You Need a Loan?
