Unauthorized credit limit approval.
I have been trying to speak to someone at the call center regarding my Game store card. They have increased my credit limit without my approval. I want this removed. The last time I wanted to decrease my credit limit I had to get the NCR involved to sort this out.
Please sort this out now.
