Unauthorised Debit

we paid my game account in August for an amount of R1000. the reason we paid that amount was because the cashier told us the instalment for the month was zero. <br> <br> a couple of days later I queried a debit of R1147.00on my account and traced it back to Game. I have never given game permission to debit my account!!!! I reversed this unauthorised debit.<br> <br> today- on 03 September 2015- I was told that my account was suspended because I short paid and this information was sent to the credit bureaus. <br> <br> An EFT payment was also made on 01 September 2015. <br> <br> I am livid as I am in the process of a home loan application and am worried this will negatively affect the process. <br> <br> I have been a loyal customer for almost two years and have never not paid/ short paid my account. <br> <br> Not once did any individual from Game call me during August to advise me to make a further payment- which I would have done. <br> <br> I want this entire situation to be addressed urgently!
