Unacceptable service !

I’m not happy with your service. I placed an order and on Sunday someone came to deliver called me once and left now my order is saying undelivered. There is no update of when it’s going to be sent out again. I called your customer service and I was on the line for almost 20 mins apart from the long wait before someone answered. The agent said she would call the store and the store told her to call your online department and she says no one is answering. I want my order asap. This is unacceptable!!!
