Unacceptable level of online service

This is the second time in less than month that I have had to come here to try and get some response from this pathetic company. Having finally got them to admit that an order placed and paid for 3 weeks previously had not even been processed, I was promised a speedy refund of my money. No surprises, no sign of that yet either!
