Unacceptable GAME service
This will be the first and last order from me to GAME! I ordered an ESSENTIAL ITEM on 04.05.2020 we are sitting at 20.05.2020 numerous unanswered email. I have used the online portal to do a query online also no feedback.
I call the call centre it is now 20 minutes that I am holding and no answer. This is unacceptable if I knew it was going to take them forever to deliver my product I would have just bought is somewhere else.

I have requested a refund as it seemed that there was no stock I did supply them with my banking details last week and I am not awaiting my refund hopefully it does not take long as I saw a lot of complaints on your Facebook site where people are waiting more than a month for their refunds.
