Unacceptable from Game east rand

I bought a raleigh mountain bike 29inch on 7 may 2019. 7 days old wheel is loose handbars came loose. I took it back to game yesterday 14 may 2019 and they booked it in to get fixed. Not an hour later game phoned and said the bicycle is fixed. This morning my son climb on the bicycle to go to school and walla the whole wheel gears everything came loose so he carried it as is home. I came too late this afternoon to take it back to game. Is this the type of service game gives and is this the type of bicycle raleigh makes? It is unacceptable and ill go to all social media to warn people as im now done. This is not the first time and i had it. Im going to game tomorrow and i want my money back.
