Unacceptable Customer Service at Westgate Store

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the ********** customer service my family and I received at the Westgate store. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

It all started, when we made a purchase for a washing machine, fridge, and two smart TVs. We paid the full amount upfront, expecting delivery within 3 to 5 working days. However, after waiting an unreasonable 11 days for our order to be delivered, we had to go to the store and fight for them to process it!

What made this situation even worse was the appalling behavior of the store manager, Gerald, and an employee named Simon. Simon actually shouted at my 60-year-old mother in an attempt to intimidate her, while Gerald refused to authorize the order for delivery from the warehouse, despite the fact that we had already paid in full!

Instead of taking responsibility for their poor service, both of them tried to blame an innocent sales agent who had no control over the situation. The lack of professionalism and respect shown to us was absolutely disgraceful.

I will never forget how my mother was treated, and I will be sharing this experience in every review, email, and call I can until this issue is addressed properly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store if you value your time and dignity.
